Rental Agreement
  1. That exactly one half of the Rent is due at the time of booking.
  2. The balance of the Rent is due prior to start time of the first rental date. The Renter will not be permitted into the rented space until the balance is paid. If payment is not submitted the Renter forfeits their deposit and rented space.
  3. Any damage that may occur on or to the rental property is the responsibility of the undersigned Renter.
  4. Food and drinks will not be permitted outside the lobby area.
  5. All trash must be disposed of at the completion of the rental time. A penalty of $25.00 will accrue for each time this policy is violated.
  6. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the rental.
  7. The 4 Star weight room and gymnastics area are for 4 Star members ONLY.
  8. Rental must end promptly at designated rental time and failure to do so will cause the Renter to be charged for additional gym time.
  9. Renter must not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to scheduled rented time.
  10. Proper and professional conduct is expected at all times. If behavior is inexcusable, 4 Star retains the right to ask any individual to vacate the premises.
  11. Cleats are not permitted to be worn any where at the 4 Star facility.
  12. If any of the 4 Star Rental Policies are not adhered to by the Renter, 4 Star retains the right to ask the Renter and the Renter’s organization to vacate the premises with Rent forfeited.
Refund Policy:
  1. Refunds will be granted only if cancellation is submitted in writing 4 weeks prior to the scheduled rental time.
  2. Refunds will be granted when 4 Star is closed due to inclement weather or a make-up day may be scheduled.
  3. If renter cancels rental due to inclement weather but 4 Star is open to business, rental may be rescheduled for a date within 2 weeks of cancelled rental, but no refunds or credits will be granted.
